You're probably new to this (and if you dont know what it does i dont recommend using it) but all it does is draw a box around other players in a game so that you can see them through walls, at long distances, etc. Your probably don't want to use this is BF3 because punkbuster can take a random screenshot of your monitor and if they see you're using it you will get banned.
