When you spam derp lim, do you need to click the continue button or can you just keep spamming until he appears? Im not sure on which screen he's supposed to appear, I don't know if it's the determining screen or the starting screen.

What I meant, i should've explained, was just the spamming of the alchemy regent turn ins, I can't seem to get derp lim no matter how much I try

And I'm pretty sure, that spamming badges that weren't possible for you to have, or badges that were set up as trap .spt's will get you banned. And even for the first statement, it's only if a mod feels like looking into your account to confirm you could have possibly earned the badge :S
