Its a ghetto photoshop plug-in that does lots of the time consuming enhancement work for you, pretty decent..
You can either buy it from their website or download the trial from their site and look on a torrent site for a crack.

yh, its a plugin for photoshop by topazlabs...hence the name. It came do various little tweaks like colour adjustment and the infamous topazshapern. It's good if used well and in moderation
