I've seen people have .GIF's as avatars, and they were moving. I have a .GIF as avatar now.
But why isn't it moving?Please do help me!

The gif should be within your avatar limit ..
Since you're Member level 2, it must be 175x175 ..
Look for a gif image within the limit of 175x175 ..
