Spawning late problem

Hi I was wondering if anyone else have this problem I load up and I get full bar and my computer brings up the map and it sits there for a min then when I finally load up im already dead like wtf is this normal? this esp happens to me in prison break survival is there anyway to fix this spawn crap?

man this is a brand new laptop and my internet is full bar how can this be? here are my specs. Processor: AMD E-300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.30 GHz. Installed memory (RAM): 2.00 GB (1.60 GB usable). System type: 64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor.

humm i think no cauze when i play with the brother my pc is better and he lag but not me^^

To much lag can cause delays.

Yeah, it's probably aeria or hackers, thanks to the new hack all that spawning causes me to lag like sht.
