General
Staff = minions and up. Minions, mods, GMs, admins,etc. You can request changes no matter the posts in between your requests, 1: because you're a donor, and 2: because you're a wiki manager. However other benefits are not available to you. Such as having BOTH text and image, it has to be one or the other.
