    Bill To Mobile Carrier.

    Hey what's up guys, I just tryed to bill to mobile payment method, and.... Neither my cellphone, and my friends cellphone work. We are all with Prepaid Card, maybe it's that ?

    And supported Carrier, I don't know if ''LG'' or '' Samsung'' cellphones work.

    Can you guys tell me more about that?

    "Carrier" means the telephone network you use, not the brand of your phone.
    I'm pretty sure that it only works for US mobile phone numbers/carriers.
