Why did i received 2 free boosts (1 hour each) and 200 ac of nothing?

So i was on my member account,and then i checked my inventory and there was 1 classpoint boost and 1 rep boost (1 hour each),and 200 Ac.So the question is,how did i get these items if i don't purchase nothing?

So can someone answer me(and sorry for my bad english)?

He clearly said, "They gave 200 ac's and 2 boost to everyone who has purchased ac's or membership"
