Well i think this would actually be an problem consedering that in the Deep web there are actually people who sell human fesh from a double business, let me explain that way:
Deep web is a illegal "place" in the web, where most criminals act. Some of the killers there when finishing an contracted murder keep the body and sell the flesh of it ( yes, there are professional assassins you can hire on the deep web), this is the double business. The sell of the human flesh would most probably have to imply the legalization of murder in order to become viable, in other ways it would be senseless, example, you can only sell parts of your own body to resellers with your consent on a contract, people would obviously try to cover it for the good of business and many woud kil someone they hate to gain their own money and get rid of that annoyng guy, 2 in one. Even me, basically half of my city would become meat for me to sell.
For me the sell of the human flesh is not even an option if legalized murder isn´t too.
About organ selling like the 2nd post talked about, many people are already doing that saying they are organ "donors", once i saw in the capital of my country and rich businessman negotiating the value of buying an kidney to another man.
