Every Time I start A Solo Game On The T6MP it Frezze In The Load Screen an Give Me this error

If you didn't install it, install (SKIDROW) Update 3.
If that doesn't work reinstall game or wait for some other solution .

Verify integrity of game cache, if this doesn't work
install Update(copy game files outside Steam folder).

Yes. You can get banned for that.
This is reason why I told you to C&P outside Steamapps folder .
Did you try verifying game cache?
