BANNED for soloing LD

Hello i just got banned on my lieutenant general 4 account... And i was just farming LD:Extreme so my game closes apparently and i try to log in again and written That acc is blocked -.-. So my question is how can i TRY to unbann my account? I already send a ticket to AERIA to say wtf i am not using any cheat programs etc

eheh to me i was captain i was banned because some friends with hack helped me to farm in LD extreme..i sent ticket, u think they wil disbann me?

my account got banned too i dont know why i didnt farm or use any kinds of hacks and today when i try to log in it told me the usarname or password is not correct so i try again and the same thing so i try to reset and this is what it said and since i didnt hack i send them 3 tickets and see what happened, if not i will talk to my brother his a {GS} and see what he could do.

Well if you were using hacks to farm then ofc your account would be banned and there is no point in trying to unban your account. They will just send you the same automated ticket.

Thats Bad Brawh :3 Just Use 2 Pc 1 with main Account and at other the noob Account the noob account can be banned
but not ur Main because u dont use hacks and u got money [Legit] on ur Main
