Ripped for sure, obviously there is brushing " Pink yellow circles" yet there is no layer for brushing, meaning that you just took a backgound pre-made mixed it with this render:
PSD Detail | Kid Cudi Render | Official PSDs and added text. That's considered ripping, you have to atleast make the bg bud, not just slap something an another thing then add text.
