If you guys remember my old thread I made people really wanted rapidfire without the no-recoil, so.. here it is!

Maybe a suggestion for an update would be something like:
Allow the user to set their own hotkey. (Some might not like to use the shift key, if it's spammed. You get a message )

Ah, that would be by looking into the:
(Depends on your language tho)

Console.ReadKey

Then assign that key to a setting stored within the program. (It's in an XML file in the appdata but w/e)
Then use the settings key as the trigger key

Capture the key as you do for toggeling.

And assign a key like: CTRL
-Once that key is pressed, the user can press the key he/she want's to use for the current season of the program.

And then you wait for the key to be pressed. Assigning it as the key

gives me an error on start up msvcp100d.dll (or something like that) is missing from my computer

This is caused to the the creator* releasing the debug(ing) version of the .exe

Next time, release the: Release version once you compile/build it, else it will force users to download this file, and add it along with the tool
