cs4 is obviously better, the load times are much better than cs3's which were quite frankly terrible, the new content scaling is nice, better interface, much more polished than cs3

CS4 is beast. Not much different to me then CS3 it just looks different.

Well its pretty obviously cs4. Adobe got their act together on CS4 and made some great changes. The first is the design of it. The box for a start got an overhaul and is a lot more modern and clean, this carries on into the interface. Tabbed windows make it easier with multiple documents. There are also GPU enhancements with CS4. Like animated zoom and other little things.
