keep getting timedout but on a certain connection

i have 2 internets (long story) anyway one is good for gaming (A) and one is fairly bad (B) so i always coonect on A but sudddenly everytime i get a timeout from the cennecting menu or from the channel select menu but when i connect on internet B it connects normally like nothing is wrong pls help

PS : my xigncode folder is emty for somereason if u can get me the files for it that would be great maybe thats what causing it but most propably not still worth a try tho

Adding : after restarting my PC furst run on connection A gave me a timeout but with an error massage in the background that caused me to close ava but any runs after the 1st one do not contain an error massage just timeout and closing of game connection B still working

i just keep reinstalling the game whenever this happens
