Just get a dog. The problem of urine goes away quickly providing you take a small amount of time out of your life to train them but the problem of ripping up your shit if you aren't careful with its placement is a life-long struggle.

I don't have many problems with mine and he is loyal, cute, fluffy and he will also fuck an unwanted bitch up if they trespass onto our property.

Should discipline the cat better.
My cat listens when I tell it stuff, it also fetches toys and stuff.

The only thing that makes it "special" is that it pukes on the floor, but it rather soils carpets.
Don't know why it goes for the carpets, but that's normal.
