hello everyone i need help on how to make .ico files

i want to use them on a program i will make in VB and i dont know how to make one if anyone can help post it

I recommend you ShellExtension. this is a program that helps you to convert your image's format to another format.
e.g :
JPG instead of PNG or BMP or anything else.
