I play allways with 5 green bars & allways have lagg..........not anymore.(work for me 100%)
1.find best DNS server for you[https://code.google.com/p/namebench/]
2.open cmd and type ping -t -l (bytes) (best dns server for you) press enter & let it run.start your game,enjoy it


(bytes) put a number <65000 .try to see in how bytes your dns work(.my dns work in 1400 bytes);

dont do it this method is for ddosing not for making internet faster
