I did not send rest of the money because you kept reselling and I don't think that I should pay for keys that get cd key in use after u leave a server. I have proof that he kept reselling after he said that he would stop.

To be more exact,we agreed that he will pay the other half on Sunday or Monday (deal was made on Friday).
