I don't exactly know if this is possible, since it doesn't state anything about it in the stickies.

But since I recently changed my Text Title, can I change it to an image title?

Title changes are still the same edit regardless of whether its image or text. Which requires 500 posts in between. Therefore you still cannot request another title change until you have passed the 500 post marks since your last request. Your last request was https://www.mpgh.net/forum/118-staff-...le-change.html and you had 1,298 posts, so you need at least 1,798 posts before requesting again.
