Trying to Donate

I've been trying to donate to dave84311(at)mpgh.net in Paypal. I have $86 in my balance, but I can't even send $25 because the error "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now" keeps popping up. I've tried using IE, clearing my cache, relogging multiple times, converted the currency over and even on my Mobile.

Yup. It's verified. Now another error pops up - 'Please fund your Paypal account before sending more money'. I have $86, how can I not have enough for 25? LOL

Yeah, PayPal is currently giving me the error We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now. I am just going to wait it out.

Could be your IP or a hiccup in the paypal system.
