It's a free2play game. You can't expect them to be top of the line at what they're doing.

The servers are bad, everyone knows that but why are you and other people still spending money on the game? All of these people complaining about the bugs, the servers, the hackers but they still spend money on the game.

Until you and everyone else quit spending money on the game don't expect nothing to happen. If you guys quit spending money , maybe they'll get the picture. "Oh, we just released the new vip weapon, but only 500 people bought it. It must be because of the problems we have within the game."

I don't know but if my game was shit and I all I cared about was money and people stopped spending money on my game because of the problems within it, I would try my best to fix the errors and hope that people would then start spending money on it.
