Yes I believe they exist, if you think we are nothing. There are uncountable more planets like Earth. I just don't believe they look like aliens from the movies. They will look like us or they're just micro organisms.

Although we have not yet found life in our solar system, there are still more galaxies that exist that we can even count. We're (possibly) alone in our own solar system, but in galaxies light years away... You never know.
