This is old version.
If you want change your level on Steam, you can't.
If you play on nosteam version, download official OP2/4D1 patch.

it works but when i close the game then run it again they say that something wrong hapened with my rank and they put me back to level 1 -_-

ok man this is what you gotta do:
1.use the hack to get to prestige master (prestige 11)
2.goto barracks, prestige mode and do fresh start (you will loose your custom classes and camos and will be level 1)
3.now that your stats are all reset, run hack now (get prestige hack, camos and make your classes)
4.play a quick game with bots to save stats and now after you restart your game you shouldn't get that rank error
