Click on that bottom White Box thing filled with the stuff, press 's' and scroll a bit down until you see Soul Searching, then click that, press Start. It will automatically take you to battleunderc and bot there. It will auto-complete and auto-accept, and it will help you get essences. If you mean 'Essential Essences' as in farming the 3 Skeleton Warriors at the beginning of Battleunderb compared to 'Soul Searching' then if you room hop, 'Soul Searching' is faster.
