What is the host that you got it from, and what are your computer specs? Just because [4Delta1] may be going down, shouldn't keep the game from running. Connecting to a game yes, but to not allow it to run, is something wrong with your computer.

GAME NOT START !
I download the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 from NoSteam and yesterday I played with it ,
Now the game is not running !
