It's possible. I've tried. I've seen Stonewall do it also. She has better sustain than other AD junglers. Spellvamp op.
Would I use her in a team comp? Maybe if top and mid was AD like Khazix and Jayce. But there are other stronger choices like Diana which is a really strong overall jungler with sustain, clear time, and gankability after 6.
Overall she isn't bad in the jungle. I tried it and I cleared whole jungle without using all 5 pots. It's just her gank is so reliant on charm that once that charm is gone, you're just shit.
