1.Click the window you want to capture. Press ALT+PRINT SCREEN by holding down the ALT key and then pressing the PRINT SCREEN key
2.click Paint and Paste
3.Save and post it

OR..

You can push Print Scrn next to the F12 key.

Go into paint and push CTRL+V then save it. Then go to first post and click on edit, then advance, blahblah.

Then click on that little thingymabob on the right of the face, to attach the picture, then brosw, then attach it. Blahblah.
