Freeze in game

Hi everyone, after i've solved my "Has lost the server connection" problem, i had an other one.
When i'm starting the game everything are ok but when i play in a game or visite the shop and get back to the game, the lobby freeze and i'm stock in. The "X" (Exit) button is now grey and the ready button too.

What i'm supposed to do?

same thing with me someone told me to save the menu save files in /c but idk witch ones they are

all right i got it the file name is lcmenuconfig its located at C:\lcmenuconfig

Dusi im sorry that was for a hack i use you probobly wont have that file there
