Made this for another guy on a diff forum. Thoughts?

Smudge tool? If so, too much smudge on the left side, I think it's okay.

Are you referring to the liquefy or the smudging?

Too much liquefy, and the image seems to be WAAAY over sharpened.

Text is.. Let's just say quite ugly.

It's hard to tell what's going on. All I can make out is an american flag, and then a bunch of squiggly lines to fill the empty space on the right.

Also, it almost looks like half the focal point is smudged off and liquefied.

Lay off the Liquefy, and sharpening. Makes the tag look like shit.
