REALLY OBVIOUS: The people talking aren't in the vicinity of the movie, they are recording their voices over the movie, as such you can't hear the gunshot over their voices.

The pixelation and video quality also suggests that it was not even recorded by the same source.

Now there must be an original video of the Audio or Arabs or some other dudes recorded the Audio themselfs by faking a Hebrew accent and speech... which is from my experience is impossible! You can always spot a difference between a Jew speaking Hebrew and an Arab speaking Hebrew too, and the opposite is true aswell.
