There is serveral reasons:

#1 You're not the host of the match

#2 You try to use it on the 4D1 or the Tekno version of MW3

The cheat will not work if you're using 4D1 or Tekno. In those version you are never the host. If you are using it with the steam version, make sure that your NAT type is at Open and that you have a very good internet connection. When the game is open, run the tool. Once its running search for a match. Joining a match using server browser will never work as well. By doing a search for a match, the lobby will launch the game immediately making you the host. Players may not join right away, you will have to wait. If players join in the same game then press F1 to use cheat. Sometimes, players may only join the lobby after a surrender, if your internet connection is not very good or NAT is not Open, there is a high chance you might lose the host privileges. You will know if you are the hist if the match countdown starts around 18. Also you can determine if you are the host if the menu music cuts for a second or two before loading screen.

Hey im pretty sure there isnt anything wrong with your program but im using the steam version of mw3 with Fourdeltaone on it and umm. everytime i boot mw3 then run the hack as administrator it keeps saying its waiting for mw3. btw i got my mw3 by going to steam>library>tools>Modern Warfare 3 Dedicated Server. I downloaded that then i want to its directory and installed Fourdeltaone's IW5M

It's not made for 4D1 neither for TeknoGod.

4D1 uses a file called IW5MP.DAT not IW5MP.EXE and that file is not the same version as on Steam. Steam has a more recent version on it.

Create a steam account and Buy MW3.

Worked a few games, didn't work for a few. Probably cause I wasn't the host for a few of them.
