Get the source code of the original cheat engine and then modify it and then recompile.

what?? lol i dont even know what that means it would be soo much easier if someone just made a uce for only mpgh that has a password

Dark Byte's Virtual Machine. It encapsules your normal OS in its OS. It allows you to do a lot of crap.

I'm pretty sure thats not a standard header file... I can't find where VC++ put the headers... I wonder if it is there...
