Need an Opinion on this build for my bud.

Well I made this build for my bud who said he wants a pc where he can run BF4 when it comes out. He said to keep it under a grand tho, I could of fit a 770 in the build but I would of had to take out the h100i but can't since he wants to OC.
What do you guys think?

Get a normal aftermarket cooler for the CPU and upgrade the cpu to the 8350, the 760 should be able to run bf4

i was thinking that too, or cutting back and just put a 6350 in it and a hyper 212 evo in it and fit a 770 in it

OCing and Watercooling for a Sub-$1k build?
Huge waste of money if you ask me.

I'd also go a Dual 7790 rather than a 760.
About a 25% increase in performance for only $10 more.
Which would actually be cheaper cutting out the Watercooling.

I want to get a 240m on my build mostly because of noise reduction and to keep it as
cool as it can be, worth it?

Watercooling is definitely worth it if you want your rig to be quiet, or need the best cooling possible.
Otherwise, no, as the money can better be spent upgrading core components.
