I made the modification to have no reload time, see below:

That's work good, still shooting when ammo are=0
But I think when u'r still shooting in reloading you don't give any damage to your ennemy!
Moreover if you increase the fire rate, yeah right u shoot very fast, but no difference in damage (if no modification)
Anybody else see that???

ObjectTemplate.ammo.reloadTime 1 or 0 ?
you must edit this:
ObjectTemplate.ammo.magSize 30 (like 300 or higher)
and!
ObjectTemplate.ammo.reloadTime 1 (to 0)
then it does work
This is work only at tutorial but at online game where you shoot with players this is not work.

(this what i will write doesnt work for snipers) instead of this ObjectTemplate.ammo.magSize 30 do this : ObjectTemplate.ammo.magSize -1 but it doesnt work for snipers because when i change it in np groundbreaker when i go in-game it`s ok everything is fine and i have unlimited ammo BUT it`s HORRIBLY LAGING so, it doesnt really work for snipers.....
Today its come new update that work anymore?
i dont play thsi game but nice coding there
