Trainer Making

first time trying and i've managed to make a few hacks, and now looking to putting them into a trainer but cant find any good tutorials on it. the only 1 i did find i followed it and in the end an [Error] message come up. if you can, can you post a quick tutorial or direct me into a easy to follow tut.
