IP changer (incase if you get IP banned)

Yes it is rare that you get IP banned from combat arms but i have been IP banned from it before.

Its just a simple IP address changer made with c++ and DOS commands.

Internet Protocol Address? I believe that's it.
its a way for the internet to track you...when a website blocks you IP address, you can no longer go on that site when that IP address tries to gain access to a site.
same thing with Combat Arms. if you are IP banned, you will have to change your IP address in order to play again (on a new account of corse).

Just changes your IP, but it doesnt work on some windows home networks.

How come my ip doesnt change i went to check on whatsmyip and then started the ip changer and the refreshed the page and my ip was the same
