I was woundering if someone would be kind enough to send me there Combat arms.exe. I deleted it and i dont really want to waste 600-800mb downloading it again as i dont have unlimited Gigabytes. would be appreciated thanks

Download one of the custom skin ones that people uploaded.
Those should be fine to use for launcher(unless you mean engine.exe)

Or you could just completely uninstall CA and redownload it. I know you said you didn't want to, but it's less of a hassle, and you won't have any more space taken up than before.
