Really incompetent cops. Pretty sure if life is not in immediate danger or he is not violent the policy is to wait it out or negotiate. Not taze and subdue.
And not drag someone being detained. He did not seem to resist arrest, and actually came down on his own accord. No reason why they wouldnt stand him up and lead him down the stairs. Father said there was drug abuse, but this was REALLY mild for someone who "popped a molly". Better behaved than most drunks you see
