My friend is getting an error whenever he starts crossfire

I told him to allow crossfire in his windows firewall but didn't fix
Any help

You click the little picture button that says "insert image" and you enter the link of the image.

about the problem you have , the image looks VERY familier but i dont remember how i used to solve it you can try searching what it says Like "The excpetion . bla bla bla and that whole writting with the codes and it should tell you how to fix it , but dont include crossfire just search whats in the box ,,, thats all i can think of
