Then how do you know how to use it?
I'd assume it's a DLL or possibly a console app.
From what I see, all you need to do is call that NtReadxxxx once and it should work.

This source was completely copy/pasted from IW4M's source as I see, and I really doubt this bypasses the ban, reallyyyyyy.

as after all it is possible to bypass a ban if I replaced a hard disk, and it didn't help me, mean a hard disk has no relation to a ban, I had HARD 500GB HITACHI K750, replaced with Western DIGITAL 500GB (me not for the sake of, games but because the old made a bad sound) here respectively it is necessary to look for something another!

You're using this on 4D1 which won't work.
And you're only banned on IW5M because of IW4M. IW5M does not have aCI3
