is running from new patch 4-9-13?¿ and can be banned for using it?

This is against the EULA, hence it is bannable program.
However it is not possible to get banned because it is undetected.
No code exists checking if the camera position is handled by a human or by a program.

So technically you are safe, but you are still bannable until Riot gives an approbation.

I have been using this for a while, i really like it, great job!

however recently I've been encountering an error. I do not know what the cause is and i haven't made any changes to the settings.

i tried to load before but still not working

This works , the only thing you can do is press F1 for Center your champion and F2 , F3 And F4 is for center your friends and enemys.
