I think there already is one in Le bot. But it doesn't auto accept Uni 13 unless you state so. I'll create one for you anyways soon.

The rune have 0.1% chance to drop from the Chaos Lords(Except from Tibecenas).
You should stay using LeBot or use "Generic attack bot on any Chaos Boss full public room.

Just turn on generic attack bot and come back in 15 minutes, you'll probably have the axe and 30 by then.
