There is already a dmbot for that in Le Bot. Also, that specific dmbot does all the things that you asked for except automatically accepting Gems and Voucher.

It is possible, but we would need the "Guardian Stonehilt" item packet and the "Normal Stonehilt" item packet too.
The third step is the easier, since we already have the quest ID, which is 2933

The only way to get free ACs is with Ballyhoo or AE Extras.
Kind of "off topic", but the quest is is 3906. But you can't turn in the quest.
