    Means you have 4800 bonus ladder point left.
    Ladder points are acquired upon winning games. Each time you win a league play match, you will earn 100 extra ladder points from those bonus points, and you will lose the bonus points from the pool. (You win, you get 50 ladder points for winning, and 100 extra bonus points because you have some left, and you will be left with 4700 bonus points but some ranks higher due to your ladder score)
    That's basicly how it works
