You had one week to read the rules while you were banned...

Should have done it. It doesn't matter if you just got unbanned or not. Point is, you ended up breaking the rules again after you came back.

Of course you want to get unbanned. I'm pretty sure almost everyone who gets banned wants it to be lifted.

The sites contains other advertisements and popups which also contain downloads. 9/10 of those are all viruses or harmful in some way.

Bribing is another ban.

Take the ban and stop complaining. I've given you the answers. Saying you won't do it again doesn't excuse you for the first time.
