Need to be sure that a file is clean.

Good morning everybody.

Can someone verify if the archive that I've attached in this post is really clean or if it's infected and not secure? I couldn't post the virus scan because i can't post links but the file seemed clear when i made a scan. I just need to be sure before opening any archive that i have acquired elsewhere and since i don't have a vast knowledge in computer security i thought i could ask in here.

Sorry if I'm not allowed to ask this question in this area ( or forum ) but I didn't know where else to ask.

P.S.: I'm not trying to brake any rules. I couldn't post 2 virus scan because I'm not allowed to post links and i don't know if this file have any invasive/harmful features in fact that's exactly what I'm trying to know.

NatanPluginUpdate.exe looks clean and TSCliente.exe seems fine too, but crashes. It doesn't try to connect anywhere nor it drops anything so I guess you are safe. Cheers!
