Technically, yes you could, though highly unlikely.
Out of curiosity, could I get reported and end up having to pay a fine for assault someone by just giving them a bitch or backhand slap, once.
Because it kind of seem like it wouldn't, and as I currently have no prior convictions it feels unlikely.
So, can I or can I not.
Feels like it would be a disciplinary action.

You were seeking strength, justice, splendour.
You were seeking love.
Here is the pit, here is your pit.

Lol film how you slap the shit out of that idiot and post it here.
You should approach him in a situation that puts his pride on the line so he has to get involved unless he's just smarter then you.
You'd probably just be given a warning... What you did was nothing major. A simple bitch slap to the face won't get you fined... No way.

I thought open handed slaps were fine. Didn't you guys see the video where the news reporter gets the shit slapped out of him by the huge wrestler?

Basically anytime you strike someone without their consent it is considered to be assault. However I don't think any cops will be moving mountains to put you in jail if it's just one open-palm hit, especially against a dude. Unless you lived in 'Murica.

Believe me, this guy has nothing behind his frontal lobe.
Thanks for the response, I would thank you on here too, but the button is kind of missing currently.
I was sure it was considered assault, I was mostly interested in the likelihood of the possible outcome of consequences.
