Why were my threads closed

@Hero why did you delete my minecraft selling threads in the minecraft section? You didnt even leave a reason... PLease explain as im a little confused

EDIT: Just read the thread you made in the section.. Just a couple of points

1. I purchase my accounts, I dont phish/brute them.

2. If you keep this rule the minecraft market will pretty much die

3. if you do keep this rule you should still allow selling of migratable accounts (accounts with email access)

2. Unfortunately it's been a rule for a while now in selling/trading/buying sections. We haven't enforced it enough though. So now we are going to get around to it.
3. Well what if the e-mail is someone else's and you happen to have the password to it? What if the original owner regains their e-mail back?

3. Personally, when I sell accounts I will ask whoever it buying them to supply me with emails for each of the accounts they purchase and ill transfer the mine craft account from the email it is on to the buyers email(s)

Your threads are there. They're just closed. I don't know why people are saying their thread is removed... It sounds like deleted to me.

It's our fault for not enforcing the rule. So now it will take effect. Yea... I should have told you guys why your thread was closed. I thought by closing the thread then you would be all "wtf" and then look at the sticky in the new section and understand why. Sorry on my part I guess, although you guys should be reading stickies that pop up.

Phished accounts not being allowed has been a rule for a while now in selling/trading/buying. It just wasn't put out in the MC section (people would have to go to other sections that do have this rule and read on it). Both sides are at fault. If people saw the trading sections at marketplace they would know that it isn't allowed, but since MC trading has had literally no section rules posted then it's our fault for not addressing them.

I'm going to add more rules to the MC S/T/B section and other S/T/B sections since a lot of them are missing out on rulings and that stuff.

Well I didn't make the rule... Other sections have the same rule too. I only enforce rules of the website. I don't make them...

Alright well I talked with Dave. It's a hard decision. We don't allow phished accounts, but a lot of MC is on this stuff..... So we're going to allow it only for MC. I'll reopen threads.
