My computer >> c drive >> nexon >> combat arms >> DELETE THESE FILES : Ending Banner, CAV, Debug error report, RW data 2 (RW data after EVERY time you play CA)

Becuase risk = no when you delete files that means no

just delete the files and then see if that works, also use it in NO compatibility mode, and use the shortcut
